Natural Gas Design
Phoenix M&E were contacted directly by the client with a view to submitting a full working design for new gas supply to the newly built warehouses. This required heat calculation to be carried out for each warehouse followed by an estimated load for which the unit may require for any process plant this allowed us to generate a working drawing with the gas pipework sized accordingly. This was to allow for the client to have the pipework installed and ready for any tenant who may or may not require the gas services. This included for each unit to have an independent sub-meter installed to allow for the charge of the use of the service from the landlord to the tenant. We also carried out an initial inquiry with the gas shipper to make the transition seamless ensuring the client received the correct information to allow for the installation works to proceed.
