School Refurbishment Programme

We were invited to tender for a School Condition Allocation work for the Red Kite Alliance for the summer break 2020, the tender document consisted of 8 schools within the Yorkshire region. The individual school had different HVAC and Electrical work requirements. We were pleased to announce that we were awarded the project. Within the early stages, we attended each site collated the relevant information and reviewed the requirements which consisted of the following works fire alarm replacement, new toilet facilities, upgrade of toilets, new lighting, full new heating system including gas supply, low surface temperature radiators, and building management system (BMS) and lighting schemes. We developed the scope of works for each school including issuing detailed drawings. We carried out most of the work during the lock-down communicating through Microsoft Team, to successfully allow the project to be issued for tender. We are looking forward to the summer break to work with the successful bidder and ensuring a successful completion to the clients’ satisfaction. Project ongoing come back in autumn to see the updated pictures of the new facilities.
