Phoenix M&E were contacted to provide advice and a solution to submit a scheme on a refurbishment from a former nursery to an office. Following our initial survey, our plan proposals were given consideration by our client.

As the building had a restriction to use electricity only we concluded that heat pump air conditioning would provide a perfect solution with a full climate-controlled environment.
