AWB had a client who was looking for an investigation the opportunity to develop some land. We where appointed to carry out the initial inquiries with the service providers to identify what services would be available and what loads we could use. We made some initial assumptions based on the clients requirement and carried out the investigation into how he can achieve his end goal. We coordinated this with all the service providers to give the client some budget costs for the services to feed the development.
