We had been introduced by the client to R ‘n’ B Building Services Group, with a view of working with R ‘n’ B to submit a fully complaint design, meeting with the client’s strict requirements for there process plant. We surveyed the original warehouse and developed a design. The client was very conscious to include for new technology including requesting vehicle charging posts, as the company will be looking to the future in using electric vehicles for there deliveries.
We have also developed a fantastic working relationship with R ‘n’ B from the start of this project and are proud to be working in partnership with them on various projects through-out Yorkshire.
The designed incorporated new LED lighting for the extension, installing a warm air heater for the warehouse, heat recovery ventilation for the office with climate-controlled underfloor heating for the reception area. We have also designed a new gas supply as the existing supply was non-compliant which we identified during our surveys.
