Ventilation
Phoenix M&E provided a full complaint design for the installation of a ventilation system to existing classrooms. This was to allow for the windows to be removed and blocked up to allow for the building of the new pupil entrance to be built at the school.
We attended an initial meeting with the client and walk around the site, carried out a full site measure, and investigated the ceiling void to ensure we included any restrictions within the design.
We submitted a design and tender document for the client to review, this was formally submitted to a range of contractors to tender for the project, we reviewed the tender return and awarded the tender to the successful contractor, who has carried out the installation.
